Project Engineer (Sr. Executive) at Acme Technologies Ltd.

Responsibilities & Context

Oversee daily site tasks to ensure work quality and timely completion.
Develop project schedules and track execution milestones.
Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for site execution.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with approved layouts, specifications, and safety guidelines.
Conduct site inspections to resolve deviations and technical problems.
Manage site resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
Verify material quality, volume, and correct usage on site.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly status updates for management.
Track contractor deliverables and enforce project guidelines.
Assist in cost containment, estimations, and BOQ updates.
Liaise with purchasing and inventory teams for timely supply of materials.
Maintain accurate records of site inspections, work approvals, and handovers.
Monitor outlays to keep expenditures within the approved budget.
Implement and enforce site-wide safety protocols.
Provide engineering guidance during project coordination reviews.
Troubleshoot site technical issues with practical field adjustments.
Support final inspections, testing, and project closeout workflows.

Applicants should be 35 years of age or below . Candidates with relevant experience in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, or a similar technical role will be given preference. Must possess strong practical and technical skills with the ability to interpret and follow maintenance manuals, technical instructions, and standard operating procedures. Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Word and Excel , is required for preparing reports and maintaining records. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, service providers, vendors, and internal departments. Candidates should be responsible, organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
