Manab Kallyan Parished-MKP, a Non-Government Organization is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator for the project. “SWAMMAN – Self-Help Approach for Mobilizing Marginalized Women’s Action Network”, funded by the Kindernothilf e.V. Germany (KNH).
Overall management of the project on Self-Help Approach.
Assist in implementing the program activities on Self-Help Approach in 1 district
Support for financial management of the project
Preparation of quantitative and qualitative reports to the management as well as to the national coordinator.
Supervision and management of performance of project team members
Regular monitoring of project activities of Self-Help Group
To work out the overall implementation plan in consultation with Director and national Coordinator
Coordination with public authorities
Support for strengthening the capacity of the project team members
Advocacy and networking
Coordination with other teams of the organisation
Regular field visit
Communication with relevant stakeholders
Ensure gender friendly environment at all level
Carry out any other assignments required by the organisation.
