Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creative Content Development

• Design posters, banners, brochures, plaques, leaflets, infographics, and awareness materials using Canva or other design tools.

• Create visually appealing communication materials and presentations aligned with organizational branding guidelines.

• Develop programme visual materials for events, fundraising and advocacy initiatives.

Social Media and Digital Content Support

• Assist in developing content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Create social media posts, captions, and visual assets.

• Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements.

Storytelling and Documentation

• Collect field information and convert it into compelling human-interest stories.

• Draft success stories, case studies, donor updates, and narrative reports.

• Support documentation of programme achievements and beneficiary impact.

Photography and Videography

• Capture high-quality photographs during field visits, events, and programme activities.

• Assist in recording short videos during programme activities.

• Organize and maintain a structured photo and video archive.

• Perform basic editing of photos and videos using appropriate software.

Communication and Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing annual reports, donor reports, and communication updates.

• Review materials for quality, accuracy, and visual appeal.

Coordination and Administrative Support

• Coordinate with programme teams to gather information and field content.

• Maintain communication files, templates and creative assets.

• Support logistical arrangements for communication-related activities and events.
