• Have 6–7 years of experience in project management, marketing campaign management, client delivery, or a related field
• Bring a combination of relevant education and experience; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Have experience managing marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, CRM initiatives, digital marketing, direct mail, loyalty, retention, or customer lifecycle programs
• Are highly organized and able to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, documentation, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Communicate clearly and professionally, with strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Are comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and clients, including developing polished PowerPoint presentations
• Work well independently and collaboratively, with the ability to move initiatives forward without needing significant direction
• Are a strong team player who can build trust across cross-functional teams and client groups
• Can manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and either single-client or multi-client project environments
• Demonstrate flexibility, open-mindedness, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, project management tools, reporting processes, and documentation practices
• Have advanced Excel skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and report on project or financial information
• Are comfortable with light local travel for client visits
