Purpose of the position:
GRAUS is implementing a project titled “Momentum Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR)”, covering the period from October 2026 to March 2027, subject to the availability of funds. The project will be implemented in Khagrachari Hill District of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), Bangladesh, with the objective of improving the quality, coverage, and continuity of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services across District Hospitals (DH), Upazila Health Complexes (UHC), and union-level facilities. This will be achieved by strengthening the capacity of service providers, enhancing facility readiness, and improving service coordination, with technical support from JSI Research and Training Institute, Inc. GRAUS intends to recruit a competent, experienced, qualified and detail -oriented program associate to support the monitoring & reporting officer and district coordinator for the MIHR project in Khagrachari. The program associate will provide essential support to the monitoring & reporting officer by assisting with data entry, report drafting, documentation and communication.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the MRO in the planning and implementation of project monitoring activities.
Support data entry, compilation, and basic analysis using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy.
Draft and format high-quality reports, case studies, and success stories for timely submission.
Facilitate the preparation and timely submission of weekly, monthly and Quarterly reports through the designated reporting system.
Assist in baseline assessments, evaluations, and documentation of lessons learned, best practices
Conduct data analysis using statistical functions and perform relevant statistical tests to support evidence-based decision-making by the Project team.
Maintaining project documentation and filing systems.
Provide administrative and operational support to the District Coordinator and project team.
Conduct field visits to collect data, take photographs, and document project activities.
Liaise with project staff, health workers, and partner NGOs to facilitate smooth coordination.
