Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent in the relevant subject preferably from a AACSB-accredited university, with a very high academic distinction and reputation as an eminent scholar in his/her field with a minimum 10 (ten) years of active experience with a minimum of 5 (five) years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research.
Must have at least 15 (fifteen) research publications of outstanding merit having a total impact factor (Reuter-Thompson Impact factor) equal to or more than 4.0. Candidates having industry or consulting experiences will be given preference.

Strong commitment to student mentorship, supervision of student research, pedagogical innovation, experiential learning, and technology-enhanced instruction, especially ai-augmented pedagogy.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage in departmental services, academic advising, and institutional development.
