Production Supervisor

• Carry out production activities as directed by the immediate superior and in accordance with work cards/SOPs.
• Conduct section-wise production planning and control according to orders.
• Maintain daily standard output through effective line planning, balancing, and quality control.
• Prepare and submit daily production and product-wise-hour reports to the immediate superior.
• Prepare reports on raw materials used and material requirements/demand.
• Monitor machine capacity and production output.
• Develop a thorough understanding of production processes and machine functions.
• Manage manpower and production floor sections to improve product-wise productivity.
• Ensure workers are properly trained for their assigned positions, including work cards and production processes.
• Communicate regularly with the immediate superior to ensure effective management and smooth production operations.
• Support and assist the immediate superior and relevant teams in production planning and execution.
• Maintain all production-related files and documents and share them with management as required.
• Immediately inform the maintenance team of any machine or maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including materials, manpower, and machines.
• Establish and maintain Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE) practices in the workplace.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with all other sections and departments.
• Ensure cost-effective production processes.
• Perform any other duties or assignments given by the immediate superior/company management.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or Diploma course/equivalent.
• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand simple English; good command of English will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Expertise in report preparation using MS Excel/SAP.
