Minimum HSC passed/Graduate
At least 4 to 10 years or above of hands-on experience in a production management role, in zipper, garment accessories, or RMG manufacturing
Strong knowledge of production planning, machine operations, and man-hour management
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word) for reporting
Sound knowledge of factory compliance and safety practices
Ability to assess and improve the speed and efficiency of production and quality control workflows while maintaining required quality standards
Designation of this position would be determined based on technical expertise and knowledge, and qualifications
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines
Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum utilization of manpower and machinery
Monitor raw material consumption, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient inventory usage on the floor
Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain product quality standards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management
Ensure compliance with factory safety, discipline, and labor law requirements
Supervise, train, and manage production line supervisors and workers
Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues in coordination with the maintenance team
Plan manpower and machine capacity in line with order volume and delivery schedule
Liaise with the merchandising team regarding order status, sample approval, and delivery timelines
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
