Production Manager (Woven / Knit)

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets while maintaining required quality and shipment timelines.

Ensure effective utilisation of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity while controlling operational costs.

Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, maintenance, stores, merchandising, quality, and HR teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely issue resolution.

Manage manpower allocation, discipline, attendance, leave, and employee development to improve productivity and workforce effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and labour law requirements.

Ensure adherence to buyer requirements, quality and safety standards, housekeeping, WIP management, and overall factory compliance.
