Production Manager

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a managerial role in Production within a furniture manufacturing factory is mandatory. 

Sound knowledge of CNC machinery, including CNC machine operation, programming, tooling, and production applications; hands-on experience in operating CNC machines is mandatory. 

Must have good working knowledge of AutoCAD, with sound knowledge of furniture design, and be capable of reading, interpreting, and preparing detailed furniture and production drawings using AutoCAD.

In-depth knowledge of furniture production processes, raw materials, quality control standards, and machinery operations. 

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead a diverse workforce and maintain a high-performance work environment. 

Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure. 

Proficient in production planning, inventory control, and reporting tools (manual and digital systems). 

Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to factory operations. 

Strong coordination and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional departments. 

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. 

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound operational decisions. 

Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field will be considered an advantage.
