Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.

Good understanding of quality, safety, compliance, and production SOPs.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
Good communication and coordination skills with IE, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Store, and HR teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with IE, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Merchandising teams.
Monitor line efficiency and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
Analyze production reports and take corrective actions to minimize losses and downtime.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and safety standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop production supervisors and line management teams.
Control production costs through effective resource utilization.
Resolve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow across all sewing lines.
