As Product Manager (m/f/d) Personalization, you shape how SIXT increases revenue after the booking by delivering the right offer to the right customer at the right moment. You own the personalization strategy across three core revenue streams: vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras. This complex field involves rich reservation data, diverse customer segments, and multiple revenue streams to orchestrate. • You own the product strategy for personalization across vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras, defining which offers reach which customer segment, at which moment, and across which digital touchpoints to maximize customer value and revenue growth
• You build data-informed personalization concepts for different customer segments, including leisure travelers, business customers, families, partner bookings, and group rentals, ensuring every offer is relevant to the individual customer journey
• You optimize the complete post-booking customer journey across confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in, and the rental experience, identifying the best opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and conversion optimization
• You translate complex customer data, behavioral insights, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and clear concepts that development teams can successfully implement
• You work with business stakeholders across sales, revenue management, and operations to keep your concepts commercially solid and operationally feasible
