Product Manager - Growth & Website (m/f/d)

• Real self-serve growth experience.Funnel optimization, conversion, GEO, and a track record of moving a number without a sales team's help.
• Comfort being precise about what the product actually does.The current messaging pillar "one system, individual to enterprise" is accurate for the core learner product but not for Command, since Self Serve Employers get no Command at all. You'll need to hold that distinction in your own funnel copy rather than overclaim it.
• A bias toward writing things down.This seat starts with more open whitespace, no CUJ, no dedicated pod, than almost any other seat in the org, and the person who takes it will be building the paper trail as much as the funnel.
