Conduct feasibility analysis and manufacturing risk assessment.
Work closely with Merchandising, Technical, IE, Production, and Quality teams.
Develop manufacturing methods for new styles.
Control development timelines to meet customer deadlines.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Lead pilot production and production readiness activities.
Resolve technical issues during development and commercialization.
Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
