Directly coordinate with merchandising teams, buying houses, and buyers for new & creative product development.
Develop products according to buyer requirements, specifications, design concepts, and market trends.
Understand buyer tech packs, product details, materials, trims, colors, and construction requirements.
Conduct product sourcing and coordinate with suppliers, factories, and vendors for sample development.
Follow up on product development stages from concept approval to final sample submission.
Ensure products meet buyer expectations, quality standards, costing requirements, and delivery timelines.
Work closely with merchandising, design, production, and quality teams for smooth product execution.
Prepare product development reports, sample tracking updates, and necessary documentation.
Identify new product opportunities and support continuous product improvement.
Maintain strong communication with buyers and internal teams to ensure successful product development.
