* Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement and supply-chain management.* Tendering, bid evaluation, contract and vendor management.

Manage end-to-end procurement of medical equipment, medicines, supplies and services.
Prepare procurement plans, RFQs/RFPs, tender and evaluation documents, comparative statements and contracts.
Handle *Government and institutional procurement, including e-GP*.
Support technical and financial bid evaluation.
Identify, evaluate and monitor suppliers/vendors.
Manage international sourcing, imports, delivery schedules and supplier coordination.
Monitor purchase orders, inspection, acceptance, warranty and contract performance.
Ensure transparency, compliance, competitiveness and value for money.
Prepare procurement and management reports.
Coordinate with government agencies, health institutions, development partners and suppliers.
