The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions. As a Senior Business Technology Product Manager on our Sales Execution pod, you’ll own the seller experience end to end: finding the highest-friction moments in the deal cycle and shipping solutions that make our sellers faster, more accurate, and more confident.
This is a builder’s product role. You won’t just write requirements and hand them off; you’ll prototype, build, and iterate directly, using modern AI tools to raise your own leverage, with engineering partnering to harden your work for scale. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Engineering to translate complex go-to-market problems into scalable, measurable solutions across Salesforce and our CPQ/quote-to-cash stack.
