Plant Head

Establish annual operating plans, production targets, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the factory.

Establish and implement systems to minimize process losses, wastage, rejection, downtime and production variance.

Establish and promote a strong Food Safety and Quality Culture throughout the factory.

Ensure implementation and maintenance of applicable systems and standards, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and other relevant standards.

Ensure effective preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment and utilities and minimize breakdowns and operational downtime.

Lead internal and external audits, identify areas of non-conformity and ensure timely implementation and closure of CAPA.

Demonstrate strong experience in CAPEX management and commissioning of new equipment, machinery and manufacturing facilities.

Ensure maximum availability and operational efficiency of production equipment, machinery, utilities and plant infrastructure.

Ensure timely investigation and resolution of quality deviations, customer complaints, non-conformities and product-related incidents.
