Planning Engineer (Lift/Elevator)

Assist in the development, implementation, analysis and coordination of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Release raw materials order based on material requirements planning (MRP) & Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).

PR, PO, LC status checking of released raw materials order.

Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials.

Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns & report to operations head.

Ensuring minimum stock levels of every RM.

Monitor & manage inventory levels to meet minimum inventory holding days.

Find out slow & non-moving items & try to minimize those stock.

Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) to manage raw material order, inventory accuracy.

Create regular statistical reports and update to others stakeholders.
