Personal Secretary for Managing Director.

• Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments and meetings.

• Accompany the Managing Director on domestic and international business trips.

• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence.

• Coordinate with Venture Group companies, departments, clients and suppliers.

• Follow up on instructions, decisions and pending assignments

• Assist with technical discussions and electrical-project documentation

• Maintain confidential files, records and contact information

Protocol for Managing Director

• Plan and manage the Managing Director’s official visits and travel programmers.

• Arrange air tickets, accommodation, visas, transport and travel documents

• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure timely movement between appointments

• Coordinate airport reception, departure and other protocol arrangements

• Receive and assist important guests, foreign delegates, clients and senior officials

• Arrange meetings, official dinners, corporate events and factory visits

• Coordinate with government offices, embassies, hotels, airlines and other organizations when required

• Ensure proper seating, introductions, greetings and professional protocol at meetings and events

• Keep the Managing Director informed about travel schedules, guests and programmer changes

• Handle unexpected travel or protocol issues calmly and professionally.
