Requirements

Experience in a high-growth, scale-up or similarly fast-moving environment.
Hands-on experience building or implementing AI/agentic workflows that are being used in practice.
A background in accountancy, audit, management consulting or another analytically rigorous environment that has given you strong foundations in numerical reasoning, process, controls or data.

And one thing you won't need?

A particular HR qualification. We care much more about what you've actually built, improved and owned than whether you have CIPD after your name.
