Paid Media Specialist (Contract)

• Strong execution capabilities in paid social, with the ability to implement and manage ad campaigns that drive measurable performance.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads Managers (specifically whitelisting and conversion-focused campaigns).
• Agency background in paid media (influencer or creator marketing agency experience is a strong plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to context-switch across multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with social commerce is a bonus.

The hourly rate for this position is $30-45.

To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards.
