Outbound Sales Representative at Spiralyze | chakrie

Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not required. We believe communication skills, coachability, and a willingness to learn are stronger predictors of success than experience alone.

Excellent communication. Clear spoken English that can be easily understood by customers in the United States.
Confidence. Comfortable speaking with senior business decision-makers over the phone.
Active listening. Able to ask insightful questions and understand customer needs.
Coachability. Welcomes feedback and applies it to improve performance.
Resilience. Maintains a positive attitude and persistence when facing rejection.
Curiosity. Enjoys learning about businesses and uncovering opportunities through conversation.
Organisation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
Fast learner. Quickly understands new products, services, and sales techniques.
Professionalism. Represents the company with confidence and integrity in every interaction.
Natural communication. Able to follow a structured sales process while sounding authentic and conversational, rather than reading mechanically from a script.
