We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our Montreal office to work on Lyft’s micromobility Operations Technology team.

As a member of the Operations Technology team, you’ll be responsible for evolving the platform that drives the global on-the-ground operations of our business. You’ll be designing features that are used in warehouses, vans, & on-the-ground to make our transportation systems some of the most reliable in the world. You’ll confront complex technical challenges & advocate for experiences that delight our operators and promote efficiency.

Our Montreal office developed the first automated bikes-share system in North America and continues to work on the platform today that provides state-of-the-art electric bikes and scooters for tens of millions of rides per year.

As a product designer at Lyft, you will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensuring design quality through launch. Using your full range of interaction, visual, and product thinking skills. As a product designer on the Lyft Urban Solutions team you will own the design of features within the core rider experience for our bike and scooter riders, within the Lyft app and our market specific apps.

In a lot of ways, we function as a startup, meaning we all work closely and collaboratively across organizations to align on product vision and ship products. Our Design and Research teams live and breathe a user-centered process to create the best possible, end-to-end, experience for riders all over the world. You are a strong cross-functional partner, a great communicator, and are able to take a solution from idea to implementation.
