Operations Manager |

Our management is involved in multiple business ventures, including Recruitment & Staffing, Automotive/Car Business, Garments & Buying House-related operations, Sales & Business Development, Marketing, and other business activities.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the business owner and management to coordinate activities across these different concerns.

The person will be expected to ensure that tasks are followed up, decisions are implemented, deadlines are met, communication is maintained, and important matters do not remain unattended whether management is present or unavailable.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, discreet, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with minimum supervision.

Operations & Business Coordination

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on activities across different sister concerns.
• Ensure assigned tasks, commitments, and deadlines are properly tracked and completed.
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, vendors, agencies, and business partners.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Maintain smooth continuity of important business activities.

Management & Executive Support

• Work closely with the business owner and senior management.
• Assist in managing priorities, meetings, appointments, follow-ups, and business commitments.
• Track important action points and ensure proper execution.
• Attend meetings and business discussions when required.
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, reports, and management updates.
• Act as a coordination point between management and different stakeholders.

Sales, Marketing & Business Development

• Monitor sales activities, leads, client follow-ups, proposals, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams.
• Support sales and marketing planning and execution.
• Coordinate with external marketing, SEO, technology, and other service providers.
• Participate in client meetings and business discussions when required.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, suppliers, agencies, and business partners.
• Follow up on pending proposals, deliverables, payments, services, and other business matters.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between relevant parties.
• Represent the company professionally when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and organize important business documents, agreements, contracts, proposals, quotations, and records.
• Keep operational and business information properly organized.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for management.
• Maintain task trackers and follow-up records.
• Assist with business research, data collection, and basic analysis when required.
