Operations Manager — Fried Chicken Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Responsibilities & Context

A premium hub-and-spoke fried chicken QSR brand under Al-Masar Limited (sister concern of Everlife Enterprise), currently in the final planning stages of its commissary hub build-out ahead of a multi-outlet launch.

This is a senior operating leadership role covering the full scope of the QSR business: completing the hub build, running hub operations, developing recipes and menu engineering, launching and scaling the outlet network, and hiring and training outlet-level teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead completion of the commissary hub build-out: work directly with MEP consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors through final design, construction, and commissioning.
Own hub operations after launch: production planning, procurement of inputs, food-safety and hygiene standards (SOP/HACCP), cold-chain management, inventory, and hub staffing.
Develop and execute the outlet rollout plan, starting with company-owned outlets and extending to franchise outlets as the network scales.
Recruit, hire, and train outlet operators and hub staff; build and maintain training programs and SOPs for consistent execution across all outlets.
Hold full operational and P&L responsibility for the QSR business: unit economics, margins, cost control, and growth against plan.
Build and manage vendor relationships across equipment, packaging, ingredients, and logistics.
Develop the franchise operating model and support franchise partner onboarding as the network expands.
Ensure all outlet-operator and hub hires are processed through proper HR channels — formal appointment letters and personnel records issued via the Group Admin & HR function — even though day-to-day recruitment and training are owned by this role.
Report directly and exclusively to the Managing Director.
