Sound knowledge of OT & CSSD operations, sterilization and infection control.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
Lead and manage overall OT operations, OT Store and CSSD.
Coordinate daily surgical schedules with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing and support teams.
Ensure adequate manpower, instruments, equipment and surgical consumables.
Manage staff duty rosters, performance and training.
Ensure strict compliance with OT protocols, CSSD standards, IPC and patient safety requirements.
Monitor OT efficiency, surgical delays, cancellations and workflow.
Ensure OT readiness for emergency and trauma surgeries.
Maintain operational reports, SOPs, checklists and quality documentation.
Drive continuous improvement in surgical quality, safety and patient experience.
Work closely with hospital management and clinical teams for smooth and efficient surgical services.
