Provide accurate sales forecasts to support financial planning and product management, adjusting as needed based on market trends and dealers’ performance.

Oversee the allocation of products to dealers based on sales forecasts, store performance, and market demand, promotional activities ensuring optimal stock levels.

Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and manage the annual budget for wholesale operations, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on wholesale operations, including dealer performance, sales, operational efficiency.

Propose and implement operational improvements to enhance the efficiency and profitability of dealer’s operations.

Conduct competitor analysis by evaluating market trends, dealer performance, and strategic initiatives of competitor brands to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.

Motivate and lead the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
