Online Sr. Customer Care Executive

HK LIFESTYLE is a rapidly growing retail and online business. We sell imported shoes, clothing items, and women’s Venti/Fashion Bags through various online platforms.

We are looking for an experienced, honest, responsible, hardworking and result-oriented Online Customer Care Executive to manage our online sales and customer care operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries through Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp and other online platforms.
• Receive product orders accurately from customers.
• Collect and maintain accurate customer information, including name, phone number, address and product details.
• Confirm orders through phone calls and online communication.
• Regularly follow up on pending and incomplete orders.
• Coordinate with courier/delivery teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor order delivery status regularly.
• Maintain records of delivered, pending, cancelled and returned orders.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide accurate information about shoes, clothing and women’s bags.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat orders.
• Maintain daily online order and sales records.
• Prepare daily/weekly online sales and order reports.
• Actively contribute to achieving daily and monthly online sales targets.
• Perform other online sales and customer care-related duties assigned by management.
