Officer/Trainee-HR (Male/Female)

Job Purpose:
To support the HR Department in its day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee records management, HR documentation, employee relations, compliance, and other HR activities, ensuring efficient HR services and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to recruitment, selection, joining, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HR MIS.

• Prepare HR documents, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation letters.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, letters, and official correspondence.

• Prepare HR letters, including appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation letters.

• Prepare HR reports, official correspondence, and management presentations.

• Process and coordinate foreign employees` Work Permits, including obtaining new permits from BIDA and renewing existing permits.

• Manage visa issuance, extension, and renewal processes for foreign employees.

• Liaise with BIDA, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Special Branch (SB), and National Security Intelligence (NSI) for Security Clearance and other regulatory approvals.

• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to the employment of foreign nationals in Bangladesh.

• Maintain and update records, documentation, and statutory requirements of foreign employees.

• Any other assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.
