Officer/Sr. Officer - Accounts & Finance

The Officer/Sr. Officer – Accounts & Finance is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing vouchers and reconciliations, monitoring transactions, assisting in tax and VAT compliance, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting. The position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate financial information for effective business decision-making.

• Maintain Routine and everyday accounting entries (vouchers, journals, ledgers).
• Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting Troyee/IFS APP/Tally software.
• Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Check and verify the different bills voucher of financial and operational transaction to prevent fraudulent.
• Prepare a journal and credit voucher on day-to-day basis and ensure expense are reasonable and also allowable.
• Review of documents and analyze data to gather relevant information.
• Good knowledge of VAT & Tax procedures.
• Improve efficiency and quality of service to reduce the vulnerability to fraud misappropriation.
• Follow-up management action points and recommendation on update the progress to management.
• Support in company`s operational activities.
