Officer/Senior Officer - Quality Assurance (Dyeing)

GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete green project & one of the most modern knit composite factories in Bangladesh, is going to recruit “Officer/Senior Officer - Quality Assurance (Dyeing)” for its factory unit, located in Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire dyeing production process, quality, fabrics inspection and timely delivery.

• Develop and implement of customer requirements.

• Lead and continuous training of sub-ordinates to increase the skills.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards throughout the dyeing process and finished fabric.

• Conduct root cause analysis for dyeing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety industry best practices.

• Coordinate with the knitting, Cutting and merchandising departments to ensure smooth workflow and product consistency with the right quality.

• Implement and maintain proper documentation for all dyeing processes, production records, and quality checks.

• Train and develop dyeing personnel on new technologies, processes, and safety procedures.

• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and resource utilization to senior management.

• Manage inventory of dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement.

• To handle buyer technical Audit.

• Check fabric against approved standards for shade, GSM, width, hand feel, shrinkage, color fastness, appearance, and other quality parameters.

• To provide approval of shade according to buyer approved lab dip or others inspection.

• To properly segregation of shading such as A-shade; B-shade report has to be kept.

• Ensure quality procedures, work instructions, and SOPs are properly followed.
