Manage procurement of engineering items, machinery, vehicles, spare parts, stationery, and general materials.
Conduct market surveys, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements to ensure competitive pricing.
Source materials from approved/local suppliers while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain product-wise vendor lists and strong supplier relationships.
Monitor market prices and drive Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) cost savings and procurement cost optimization.
Coordinate with user departments, suppliers, and the Store Department to ensure timely material availability and optimum inventory levels.
Prepare monthly MIS, procurement reports, cost-saving reports, and vendor performance reports for management.
Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and business requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
