Diploma/Honors/Masters with any background .
Preference will be given to B.sc Honors Zoology /M.sc Fisheries.Student from National University/Fisheries Diploma institutions/ Diploma in Agriculture

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Fisheries, Animal/Plant Breeding, Agro based Startup

Candidate must obedient to the office rules & reporting system, should be smart, polite in manner with attractive personality.
Candidate should be self- motivated & creative in field work.
Candidate should have good leadership quality, execution skills, can do attitude, should work under pressure & can manage dealer along with farmer.
Candidate having experience in motorbike driving.
Candidate having experience in aqua products marketing are encourage to apply.
The applicants should have experience in Fisheries & Poultry technical support.

Provide technical support and advisory services to fish farm owners on pond management, fish health, disease prevention, and treatment protocols.
Existing Dealer Visit & Open new dealership.
Collect money from the market and Control market Outstanding.
Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.
Arrange Local farmers meeting.
Self-motivated willing to work in a team.
Searching and expansion of new markets.
Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
