Manage RFQs and collect supplier quotations as per procurement plan.

Evaluate quotations and support vendor selection process.

Create and process Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and related documents in SAP.

Ensure timely procurement and on-time delivery of materials.

Coordinate with store, customer departments, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Maintain regular communication with suppliers for order updates and follow-up.

Handle expense requisitions and ensure proper documentation for approval.

Manage vendor enlistment and maintain supplier database in SAP.

Maintain organized records of procurement documents (soft & hard copies).
