Officer-Plant HR

Responsibilities & Context

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for plant manpower.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
Support payroll preparation and HR administrative tasks.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Ensure proper documentation and preparation for internal and external compliance audits.
Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and other documents.
Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
Ensure compliance with EPZ labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
