Officer - Material Quality GPQ (Textile)

Assign duties and responsibilities to all Inspectors and Junior Officers within the assigned area.

Monitor and ensure smooth execution of 1st bulk production, coordinating with production teams to maintain the right quality standards.

Maintain Lot-to-Lot color continuity records, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) with relevant departments to sustain consistency.

Supervise and control each step of the quality flow chart to ensure 100% defect-free products in every production batch.

Maintain and organize all quality-related documents and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Provide technical and operational training to subordinates to upgrade their skills in quality assurance and process control.

Monitor and control departmental expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
