Responsibilities & Context

Daily Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office activities, monitor inventory supplies, and ensure all facility equipment remains fully operational.
Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate agreements with external vendors and service providers, evaluate service quality, and oversee invoice processing.
Security Supervision: Direct overall facility security, manage security guard duty rosters, and continuously monitor CCTV systems.
Transport & Fleet Management: Schedule vehicle routes for logistics and employees, track fuel consumption, and oversee routine fleet maintenance.
Wastage & Scrap Disposal: Manage the systematic collection, valuation, and sale of scrap materials, battery waste, and obsolete equipment.
File & Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital archives, store official contracts, and update administrative databases.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and serve as a focal point for external authorities and clients.
Policy & Compliance Enforcement: Enforce company policies, workplace health and safety rules, and maintain compliance across departments.
Budgeting & Expense Control: Monitor administrative operational expenses, cross-check bills, and optimize budgets to minimize operational costs.
