The job holder needs to work closely with all Agora locations to provide immediate support in resolving any IT-related problems. S/he needs to maintain good liaison with the IT support vendors to ensure efficient IT support and logistics supply.

• Monitor and manage the company's network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy for efficient domain management
• Configure and manage MikroTik routers, including Hotspot, firewall, mangle, and bandwidth control.
• Set up and maintain BDCOM and Huawei access points (AP) for stable network connectivity.
• Manage cloud systems, including AWS and Microsoft Azure, for scalable IT solutions
• Handle server updates and security for both Linux and Windows environments.
• Configure firewall policies and monitor traffic to protect against unauthorized access.
• Managed email systems, user access, and basic security settings.
• Document network topologies, server configurations, and maintenance procedures.
• Observe Internet services and data connectivity.
• Speak with the ISP to resolve branch data connectivity and internet issues
• Set up IT infrastructure for multiple Agora outlets
• Received IT products from vendors and GRN in SAP
• Negotiate with vendors to secure cost effective and high-quality products
• Managed the IT budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds for capital and operational expenditures
