Officer - HR & Admin (Corporate Office)

• Manage daily HR and administrative activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.
• Handle recruitment activities such as job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee databases, personal files, attendance, leave, and confidential HR records.
• Support payroll preparation with attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and other required information.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, rules, and administrative guidelines.
• Prepare official HR and administrative documents, including memos, notices, letters, circulars, and office orders.
• Process employee transfers, promotions, salary increments, confirmations, and related matters.
• Manage performance appraisals and maintain employee evaluation records.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues in line with company policies and labour laws.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, factory rules, and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate training activities and maintain related schedules, attendance, and evaluation records.
• Maintain compliance records, licences, certificates, permits, renewals, and statutory documents.
• Coordinate with departments and authorities for licence, certification, and permission renewals.
• Manage transportation and vehicle-related administration, including driver supervision and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with BRTA and relevant authorities regarding vehicle registration, fitness, tax tokens, route permits, and driver licences.
• Organize Executive Council meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and maintain follow-up records.
