ACI Motors looking for a Officer, Corporate Sales (Renewable Energy)
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, orders, and customer documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and project execution.
- Communicate with customers, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer and project site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Update sales pipeline, customer database, visit reports, and order status.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, installations, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of approvals, agreements, and customer communications.
- Prepare periodic sales, collection, and activity reports for management.
- Track customer requirements, pending actions, and delivery timelines.
