Officer, B2B Sales

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Identify and develop new B2B customers, corporate accounts, institutions, projects, and business opportunities.

2. Maintain regular communication and strong business relationships with existing B2B customers.

3. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products, solutions, and commercial offers.

4. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, tender and other required sales documents.

5. Conduct potential customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations as required.

6. Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding receivables.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.

8. Achieve assigned sales as per ABP.

9. Ensure regular market visits to identify potential sales opportunities.

10. Monitor dealer/distributor stock levels, sales movement, market demand, and competitor activities.

11. Support trade partners with product information, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.

12. Identify opportunities to expand the distribution network and increase market penetration.

It had longstanding dominance in Solar Home System, solar irrigation systems as well as customized solar power solutions. Company wants to give adequate focus on different market segment especially to B2B and Trade Sales to acquire a significant market share. The incumbent will be responsible to carry out all the necessary activities relevant to the position in close collaboration with line managers.
