A leading and reputed Life Insurance Company in Bangladesh is inviting applications from dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Officer – ALO Module (Agency Section). The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Agency Licensing Operations (ALO) Module, supporting agency administration, ensuring accurate data management, and facilitating smooth agency operations in compliance with company policies and Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) regulations..
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the ALO (Agency Licensing Operations) Module for agency-related activities.
Process the registration, appointment, renewal, transfer, suspension, and termination of Insurance Advisors (IAs) and agency personnel.
Verify and update agent information, licensing records, and agency profiles in the ALO Module.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of agency data and documentation.
Coordinate with branch offices for timely submission and verification of agency documents.
Prepare and submit agency licensing and renewal reports as required by management and regulatory authorities.
Assist in processing agency recruitment documentation and on boarding formalities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from the ALO Module.
Maintain digital and physical records of agency-related documents.
Coordinate with the IT Department to resolve ALO Module system issues.
Provide operational support to the Agency Administration Department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IDRA regulations, and internal control procedures.
Assist during internal and external audits related to agency operations.
Respond to queries from branch offices regarding agency registration and licensing matters.
