Human Resources Management

• Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and conducting onboarding orientation.
• Maintain employee master databases, personal files, and daily attendance, leave, and movement records.
• Assist in payroll preparation by validating attendance, overtime, leave balances, and deduction records.
• Support performance appraisal cycles, training coordination, and employee relation issues in alignment with organizational policies.

General Administration & Facility Management

• Oversee day-to-day office administrative functions, facility upkeep, and office maintenance.
• Supervise support staff, office assistants, security personnel, and logistical services.
• Manage office inventory, stationery, equipment, and utility distribution efficiently.
• Handle vendor relations, lease agreements, service contracts, and petty cash management.

Internal Audit & Bill Verification

• Verify and audit all administrative, operational, utility, travel, procurement, and vendor bills against supporting documents, purchase orders, and actual deliverables prior to payment processing.
• Ensure strict adherence to company compliance guidelines, internal policies, and approval hierarchies for all financial claims.
• Identify discrepancies, double-billing, or non-compliant expenses and report findings to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive records and reconciliation logs for verified bills and expense submissions.
