BBA and MBA/master's in accounting from any reputed Public/Private university.Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, CA CC is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
Maintain and update Tally/ERP accounting software and ensure accurate posting of all financial transactions.
Record and maintain daily cash transactions and ensure proper cash management.
Prepare and maintain cash books, payment records, receipts, and supporting documents.
Post daily expenses into the accounting system and ensure proper classification of expenses.
Analyze expenses and prepare regular expense reports for management review.
Prepare and process bank payment disbursements according to approved payment requests.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper records of bank transactions, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Assist in bank reconciliation and identify any discrepancies.
Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, complete, and properly supported by relevant documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports as required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Coordinate with other departments regarding bills, payments, expenses, and financial documentation.
Support the Accounts & Finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform other accounting and financial duties assigned by management.
