Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Good Bangla & English typing speed.
Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Ability to write and manage professional emails.
Strong client-handling and communication skills.
Ability to follow up with leads and achieve sales/conversion targets.
Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a recruiting agency/manpower company will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Handle incoming and outgoing client calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Contact and follow up with leads from Facebook, online platforms, phone calls, and other sources.
Understand client requirements and provide proper information about recruitment services.
Convert leads into confirmed clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.
Handle client queries and complaints professionally.
Prepare and maintain client/candidate documents and records.
Perform Bangla and English typing for official documents and correspondence.
Prepare and manage emails and official communications.
Prepare, edit, and format documents using MS Word.
Maintain data, records, and reports using MS Excel.
Maintain and update lead/client information in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Assist with general office administration and other tasks assigned by management.
