Prepare tea and serve food to clients in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that clients are well-served and feel comfortable.·
Clean the washrooms regularly to maintain hygiene standards. Ensure all supplies like soap and tissue are stocked.·
Always maintain proper hygiene while performing tasks to ensure a healthy environment. Adhere to all cleanliness protocols at all times.·
Behave respectfully and politely with everyone in the office, including clients. Follow management’s instructions promptly and without hesitation.·
Do not use any office supplies or equipment without first informing HR or Accounts. Always seek approval before handling any company resources.·
Handle the monthly shopping duties efficiently, ensuring all necessary items are purchased.
Bring back vouchers or receipts for every purchase made regularly.
Any task assigned by management .
