Office Assistant

Maintain physical and digital filing systems for records and documents

Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and document preparation

Distribute mail, packages, and internal communications

Monitor office supplies and reorder when needed

Run basic errands (bank, courier/post office, supply purchases)

Schedule and support meetings, appointments, and small events

Support store operations by keeping the space organized and customer-ready

Pack online orders and prepare parcels for dispatch

Check Shopify orders (status, notes, basic updates) and coordinate fulfillment

Support stock handling: receiving, labeling, sorting, and basic restocking

Supervise the cleaning work and ensure daily cleanliness standards are met

Coordinate basic maintenance needs and report repair issues to management

Ensure cleaning/maintenance tools and supplies are stocked and used safely

Follow workplace hygiene and safety standards at all times
