Network & Infrastructure Engineer

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• Fortinet NSE Certification

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

• RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)

• MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate)

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Management, and System Support

• Willingness to provide support beyond regular office hours when required

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

• Strong understanding of network architecture, multicast traffic, and stock market network architecture

• Extensive experience with network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Practical experience with enterprise networking and security solutions such as FortiGate, Cisco, and HP.

• Experience in physical server installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement, including Dell and HPE servers.

• Experience in hardware replacement, array health monitoring, controller troubleshooting, and storage maintenance.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting server hardware components, including RAID controllers, HDDs/SSDs, power supplies, memory modules, network interface cards (NICs), and cooling systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate effectively with local and overseas teams.
