Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Routers and Junos OS.
Practical knowledge of Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei, and BDCOM networking devices.
Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP/RSTP, LACP, VRRP, QoS, ACL, NAT, and IP routing.
Hands-on experience with BGP peering, transit, upstream connectivity, route policies, prefix filtering, and traffic engineering.
Good understanding of ISP network architecture, including Core, Aggregation, Distribution, and Access networks.
Hands-on experience with GPON/EPON, OLT, ONT/ONU, and subscriber access networks.
Experience with Huawei, BDCOM, VSOL, ECOM, Aurora, and other OLT platforms will be an advantage.
Strong experience with network monitoring and management tools such as Observium, Zabbix, Grafana, SNMP, and other NMS platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform effectively under pressure.
Vendor certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, MTCNA, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage.
